2.5 – 3 years on the first floor
The nursery day includes a wide range of planned activities including opportunities for music and movement, messy and creative play.
All the activities provided are encouraging important social skills i.e. Turn-taking, sharing, playing in groups and co-operating.
Following The EYFS
At this stage, children display a greater competence at moving and talking and pretending. They also show increased confidence in themselves and their skills at making relationships. Their increased self-confidence and a belief in themselves, which leads them to be more self- assured and secure.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage approach to learning, encouraging each child to be independent and confident.

An Array of Learning Opportunities
Home corner, small world play, blocks, book corner, creative and imaginative play, singing rhymes, and messy play to name a few learning experiences available to the children.
Plenty of physical play is available outdoors providing quality time, space and opportunity for children to explore first hand experiences and practice their newly gained skills.
